LPG pumps and fittings

OVERALL VALVE DN32-65 PN25 IN CASE

Valve application
A relief valve mounted on the suction port of the tank causes automatic closing of the tank in the event of a pipeline breakage.

Valve construction
The relief valve is made of brass. The outer casing is made of carbon steel.
The outer surfaces of the housing are galvanized.
Installation of the valve according to the sketch between the flanges for nominal pressure 1.6 or 4.0 Mpa

The company’s offer includes the following overflow valves:
DN25, DN32, DN40, DN50, DN65

FLEXIBLE CONNECTOR FOR PIPELS SUPPLYING LPG DETERMINANT

Connector application
Easy-to-connect connector The “weak connector” mounted under the distributor in the liquid and gas phase pipelines protects the LPG systems against gas leakage in the event of a vehicle being hit by a distributor.

Joint construction
The easy-to-reach connector consists of a body with built-in quick-closing valves.
The connector elements are made of brass.
The break in the connector causes the internal valves to close.

EASILABLE CONNECTOR FOR LPG DIMMER HOSE

Connector application
The easy-to-connect connection mounted in front of the distributor hose protects the LPG dispenser against gas leakage in case of driving away during refueling.

Joint construction
The easy-to-connect connection consists of a body with built-in plungers.
The connector elements are made of brass.
If the connector breaks, the inner element closes.

REVERSIBLE 3/4 “NPT

Valve application
Overflow valve so-called “By-pass” is used in propane-butane gas installations on the pressure side of the pump.

Valve construction
The body, valve head and valve seat are made of stainless steel, the remaining elements are made of carbon steel.
The outer surfaces of the valve are galvanically protected.
Each valve is checked and set to operating parameters (using a screw and counter nut) at the test stand.
Opening pressure 1.2 – 1.5 MPa.
The valve is characterized by long-lasting and reliable operation due to the use of acid-resistant materials and precision of workmanship.

MANUAL PUMP FOR GAS SUPPLY

Destiny
The hand-operated piston pump is used to pump small amounts of LPG, for example for sucking gas from a cylinder.

Technical characteristics Maximum working pressure 25 Bar
Capacity approx. 0.6 l / one piston stroke
Opening pressure of the 25.8 Bar safety valve
Maximum working stroke of the piston 105 mm

PNEUMATIC PUMP FOR GAS SUPPLY

1. Purpose of the product

The pneumatic piston pump is used to pump liquid gas, eg:

in the bottling plant for suction of gas debris from non-working cylinders to other functional ones

technically cylinder or from a cylinder to a storage tank. Transferring gas to another

cylinder should be inspected on the checkweigher.

2. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

2.1. Liquid gas pump:

– max. working pressure – 25 bar,

– gas differential pressure (at 6 bar air pressure) – 6 bar,

– efficiency – approx. 3 kg (6 l) / min,

– nominal diameter of steel wires – 15 mm,

– connecting hose DN 16 l = 1200 – 2 pcs.,

– connection terminals for bottles – 2 pcs,

2.2. Pneumatic installation:

– supply air pressure – max 6 bar,

– air demand – approx. 500 l / min,

– nominal diameter of the actuator – 125 mm,

– stroke of the cylinder piston – 100 mm,

– air supply connection – G ½ “socket,

– operating temperature range from 0 to + 50 ° C
